Before getting involved with Event Merics Pro

For premarketing purposes, we periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.  Our appointed data processors include:

Data collection

Before you can start using the Event Metrics service, you need to create a user account. All personal data that we process in connection with the Event Metrics service is received directly from you when you create the user account. In this connection, we ask for:
your name
your e-mail address and other contact information
your payment information

This information is necessary for creating an individual user account for you. If you do not wish to provide us with such information, we are

unable to provide the Event Metrics service for you.

Data processing and transfers

We process your personal data only for the purpose of providing and developing the Event Metrics service. Furthermore, we will store your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the provision of the service to you. We may also anonymize your personal data and use such anonymized data for developing our business. We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, as we are not able to provide the service, and hence operate our business, without this information.

We do not disclose, give or otherwise assign your personal data to anyone unless we are required to do so due to mandatory legislation. We might use third-party service providers, i.e. suppliers, in the processing of personal data, which means that your personal data might be processed by them on behalf of us.
